Anonymous asked: What do you do against a designer's block when trying to redesign a website?
I tend to avoid the task at hand. That might sound like stupid advice, but I’ve found that by trying my hand at something completely new and different, I find a burst of creativity that really helps to get the design juices flowing.
Another thing that helps a lot is just talking to my friends - often we’ll end up talking about a website and how they’d make it better for themselves. You can learn a lot about design from non-designers and users.
